Make yourself at home at Green Gecko House, a newly built vacation rental on Tiree Circle on Sanibel Island. A private heated pool, adjoining spa, lake views, and private deeded beach access a short walk away make it easy to enjoy island life.

Room for everyone
The home accommodates up to 11 guests across four bedrooms and a living-room sleeper sofa:
- Bedroom 1 (primary): one king-size bed — sleeps 2.
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed — sleeps 2.
- Bedroom 3: one twin-over-queen bunk bed — sleeps 3.
- Bedroom 4: one queen-size bed — sleeps 2.
- Living room: one queen-size sleeper sofa — sleeps 2.
Gather together, or find a quiet corner
The open living and dining areas connect with a modern kitchen for shared meals and relaxed evenings. A separate office and lounge provides a workspace, sofa, and television. The office sofa is not a sleeper.
Poolside living
Swim in the private heated pool, unwind in the adjoining spa, or enjoy a meal on the screened lanai overlooking the lake. The outdoor space gives everyone a place to settle into an unhurried island routine.
Beach days and island exploring
Private deeded beach access is a short walk from the house. Spend the morning shelling or walking along the Gulf, then head home for lunch and an afternoon by the pool.
Comforts for a longer stay
Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, bed linens, a kitchen with everyday appliances, and guest access to the three-car garage help make an extended stay comfortable. Stays are a minimum of 28 nights.

Green Gecko House welcomes stays of 28 nights or longer for up to 11 guests.
All amenities advertised as included when you book, including pool heating and guest garage access, are included in the rental price with no separate amenity-use fees. Your quote separately identifies applicable cleaning charges, taxes and any refundable security deposit.
We may offer additional optional amenities or services in the future for a separate charge. Availability, pricing and any additional terms will be disclosed before you choose to purchase or use them. These additions are optional, and amenities already included in your booking will remain included. This does not mean any future amenity is currently available.
For direct bookings, 50% is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. Bookings accepted 60 days or fewer before arrival require full payment at acceptance. The cancellation policy displayed with your reservation applies.
Check-in begins at 4 p.m. and check-out is by 10 a.m., Sanibel local time. Early arrival and late departure require prior written approval.
A refundable security deposit of USD 1,000 is separate from the rental payment and is collected and refunded separately from Lodgify, using the method disclosed before booking. It is due seven days before arrival; for bookings accepted within seven days of arrival, it is due at acceptance. If no claim applies, we initiate the full deposit refund within seven days after departure. Bank processing time may be additional. Any deductions follow the rental agreement and applicable law. A different deposit amount must be disclosed and accepted before booking; we will not unilaterally increase it for an accepted reservation. Questions about your quote?
