Plan a relaxed, extended stay at Green Gecko House on Sanibel Island. Please review these essentials before making your reservation.
Stay requirements
- Minimum stay: 28 nights.
- Maximum occupancy: 11 guests.
- Four bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The office sofa is not a sleeper.
- Pets are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted.
Rates, payments and cancellations
Select your dates and guest count to review availability and the price for your stay. Review the payment schedule, applicable taxes and fees, cancellation policy, and any deposit or damage-protection requirements presented with your booking before you confirm.

Arrival and your stay
Check-in and check-out times, access instructions, and property-specific house rules will be provided with your reservation. Please follow the supplied instructions for the pool, spa, beach access, parking, and care of the home.

Some photographs are virtually staged to illustrate the planned furnishings and layout. Final furnishings and placement may vary. Professional photographs will be added once furnishing is complete. Please contact us if a particular feature is important to your stay.
